Python Developer – Fintech – Up to £110k + 20% Bonus + Benefits | Hybrid | London (2-3 days p/w)

Join a fast-growing fintech using technology to drive financial fitness across the UK. They’re looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering team building greenfield systems at scale.

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling digital lending platforms used by hundreds of thousands. Working in an agile squad, you’ll build services using modern Python, React, AWS, CI/CD and AI tooling. Delivering quality at speed in a fast-paced startup-style culture.

Required:

• 7+ years of Python (Django, FastAPI or Flask)
• JavaScript / React.JS for full-stack capability
• Experience in cloud platforms, ideally AWS (Serverless a bonus)
• Good understanding of CI/CD, distributed systems, and REST APIs
• Comfortable with NoSQL, agile ways of working, and modern DevOps
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI concepts, and scalable system architecture
• Bonus: C# knowledge
